Belles Beach House is located one street back from the South Beach with views from the balcony over the ocean. Ideal for holiday makers requiring 4 bedrooms and 2 living zones. The downstairs area has alarge open lounge with kitchenette, including sink, fridge, microwave kettle and table and chairs. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 1 double and 1 with 2 singles. The bathroom downstairs has deep claw foot bath, shower and toilet. Upstairs is 2 additional bedrooms both with queen beds, the master adjoins the upstairs toilet and shower. The kitchen is well appointed and includes dishwasher. The dining and lounge area in this zone has access to the balcony. Upstairs has reverse cycle system provides instant heat and cooling all year round. All beds are fitted with electric blankets. The rear yard is fully enclosed and is suitable for children.
